Spring Tune-Up 2017 - Registration Now Open!
The spring Tune-up offers swimmers ages 5-13 an intensely instructional clinic just prior to the start of the summer league season. Each class starts with 30 minutes exercise outside the pool (remember your shoes!), followed by a 45-minute in water session.
When - April 10 - May 4
What - 4 week clinic for 12 and Under swimmers to prepare for summer league season Monday-Thursday 5-6:15pm
Cost - $125
14 & Under Stroke Clinic
What - 1x or 2x/wk clinic for 14 and under swimmers. Some Saturday classes may have to me moved to accommodate swim meets. Coached by Andrea Haskins
When - Wednesdays 6-7pm and/or Saturdays 12:30-1:30pm.
Session 1:Oct 12 - Dec 10 (no class Thanksgiving Week) - 8 Weeks
Session 2 Jan 18 - March 10 - 8 weeks
Cost - $120 per 8-week session for 1x/wk
$200 per 8-week session for 2x/wk
13 & Over Training Clinic
What - 3x/wk training for middle school and high school aged swimmers looking to build on their summer league swimming and/or get ready for high school season. Coached by Cathy Ruffing.
When - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Time: 7:30-9. Starting Sept 12 clinic will shift to 8-9:30pm.
