13 & Over Fall Training Clinic

What - 3x/wk training for middle school and high school aged swimmers looking to build on their summer league swimming and/or get ready for high school season.

When:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Time: 7:45-9:15.
    Starting Sept 11 clinic will shift to 8-9:30pm.

• Cost - $250

Middle School Stroke Clinic

What - 2x/wk clinic for 14 and under swimmers. Coached by Andrea Haskins

When - Tues and Thurs 7-815pm.

• Session 1: September 17 - October 24
• Session 2: October 29- December 12 (no clinic Thanksgiving week)
• Session 3 January 7 - February 14
• Session 4 February 18 - March 26

Cost - $180 per 6-week session

Spring Tune-Up 2025 (Registration opens Jan 20)

The spring Tune-up offers swimmers ages 5-13 an intensely instructional clinic just prior to the start of the summer league season. Each class starts with 30 minutes exercise outside the pool (remember your shoes!), followed by a 45-minute in water session.

When - April 14 - May 8

What - 4 week clinic for 13 and Under swimmers to prepare for summer league season Monday-Thursday 5:15-6:30pm
