When - April 15 - May 9
What - 4 week clinic for 12 and Under swimmers to prepare for summer league season Monday-Thursday 5-6:15pm
Cost - $110
12 & Under Stroke Clinic
What - 1x or 2x/wk clinic for 12 and under swimmers
When - Wednesdays 6:45-7:45 and/or Saturdays 11am-12pm.
Session 1:Oct 17 - Dec 22 (no class Thanksgiving Week)
Session 2 Jan 9 - March 9
Cost - $120 per 9-week session for 1x/wk
$200 per 9-week session for 2x/wk
13 & Over Training Clinic
What - 3x/wk training for middle school and high school aged swimmers. Drylands optional and no competition.
When - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:15-8:45pm. Starting Sept 10 clinic will shift to 8-9:30pm.
HS-aged swimmers can attend one Sr or Prep practice each week if they can keep up.
Session 1: Aug 13-- Oct 11
Cost - $300 per 9-week session.
High School Tune-Up
When - September 17-October 11. Monday-Thursday 3-4:30pm.
What - 4 week clinic to prepare for HS season focusing on general conditioning and stroke technique.
Cost - $100
