Georgia 2015 14 and Under Long Course State Championships

The 2015 Age Group State Champs held Thursday July 16 - Sunday July 19 at Georgia Tech is now in the books. There were over 900 athletes participating from 48 swim clubs. Eight state records and one national record were set. Dynamo's 13-14 boys broke the national 400 Medley Relay record that had been set the night before by Cincinnati Marlins. SwimAtlanta won the large team division, GCAT medium teams and Tiftarea small teams. Individual high point winners in each age group were:
10 and Under - Rye Ulett, Mitch McClain
11 year-olds - Harleigh Mobley, Nathan Jin
12 year-olds - Samantha Mobley, Brendan Hausdorf
13 year-olds - Tristen Ulett, Ross Valdez
14 year-olds - Tatum Smith, Liam Bell
The relay team of Ian Grum, Liam Bell, Mark Rotolo, and Cam Auerbach combined to win the 13-14 4×100 medley relay with a National Record breaking time of 4:02.59 at the 2015 Georgia LC Age Group State Championships. |
Rye Ulett has broke six state records in the 10U Girls. |
